Polar Bear, moving on up.
Getting close, just filing and sanding from now on. Cut the brace under the head today, worked on the legs and the base. Sanding, sanding, and more sanding to do. Hope to get it into a store in the next week. Probably only weighs 90 lbs, I thought it would weigh more but have cut a lot. Over half became very small pieces.

That would look great on top of a coaster. Maybe have a pair of snow tires in the background for scale?

That looks pretty sweet, you might have to order the snow tires.
You could always screw furniture casters into the bottom of it, so it would be easy to move.
