Great Customer Service
 
We bought replacement windows for our house in 2002 from Window World Inc and this is the second window they have replaced for us for FREE with life time free replacement coverage. Easy to talk to customer service girl....almost to easy. She needed the rough size and looked up the serial # and said it will be custom made and they will be out in 2 weeks to install it free. No more than 10 minutes total time. Why cant every thing be this EASY? Now I have the rest of the day off.
