How the F did this person get a driver's license??

Wow - I quit watching ~2:00 in. It's amazing that the driver was still befuddled after the other car left ~1:30.

I don't know how this person got a license, but it should be pulled.

This made it on our local news broadcast last week....
So she drives off after hitting the gentleman's car (the one that helped her out about 1/2 way through the video) without telling him...what a total POS Beottch!

Any one that unaware of their surroundings probably was not aware they hit anything.

wow, cars have these things called, MIRRORS. i don't understand how some people get a license.

That one's got much bigger problems than just their driving skills.

There had to be some kind of substance impairing that driver. No way they got to wherever that is without destroying the car while being that stupid.

The still above proves how much they are incompetent. They had the option to back up far enough to turn around but behaved as though there was still a car back there.

I'm guessing severely diminished mental capacity. How she ever was permitted to sit behind the wheel will remain a mystery.

About as retarded as the illegal woman from south of the border who less then 50 feet, decided to drive into my lane, hit me head on at 45mph. No lic., ins., mother of three who told the cops she had to get home to her apartment and simply was turning into the complex parking lot.

I suppose, dividing lines on a roadway need to be in Spanish too?!

I also only lasted 2 minutes... that was painful to watch.
