That really disturbs me. RIP to the young lady.

I'm not religious, but in situations like this, I hope there is an unimaginable hell for those responsible.

When they catch the POS who did this they should receive the same or worst.

Special place in hell for people like that. There was a similar crime locally in the last few months, I believe the DA is pursuing the death penalty.

Sick basturds, that is absolutely the worst way to die, it only seems fair to watch the offender burn in the same fashion.....but slower.

Sweet lord what the hell is wrong with people? I couldn't even imagine doing that to a person.

Sometimes You've just got to hope for some vigilante style justice. And MS is one of the places that I could see that happening.

The only hope for justice is this guy getting a very rapey cell mate, and hoping the cell block justice system punishes this dude.

This. The death PENALTY should be a slow version of what they did to the victim.

Unfortunately, after the perps die, they can't communicate back what it is like in the lake of fire.

I hope the police "accidently" leave the pos alone with her father for a moment. I can't imagine the overwhelming grief for her family knowing that she suffered so much.

As a Dad I seriously doubt being able to cope with (survive) something like that.

I'm no Doctor but IMO some people are just broken and cannot be repaired. Strange world we occupy.

I think he was talking about the monster who did this. There's no reason to imprison him--how could it be possible to rehabilitate someone who does something like this?

Shoot him like the rabid animal he is and throw the body out with the trash.

Sorry I was not more clear. My "broken" comment was directed at the perp who is IMO beyond repair and needs to be 'removed' from circulation. I'm not an advocate for like pain and suffering as payback. Just a bullet to the temple and call it a day.

I hear ya. Thankfully I cannot imagine what she went through. I wouldn't wish that fate on any member of the human race (to which the perp, as you said, does not belong).

I'm betting it was someone who knew her. Probably a rival of some sort or someone she had a dispute with. This proves just how despicable and callous some people can be.
Burning someone like that is a very "personal". I can't imagine someone doing that to a random stranger although I'm sure that's happened.

I hope she rests in peace.

With the endless media frenzy focused on Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin, you will not hear about most of these from the mainstream media. Why? Because they are white.

With the recent gruesome murder of Jessica Chambers, there is widespread speculation and argument as to whether her killer was black or white. Jessica, a 19 year old from Mississippi, was found walking, engulfed in flames after her attackers put lighter fluid in her mouth and lit her on fire. The attack happened on December 6, in Mississippi. While we wait for the police to make an arrest, we want to introduce you to 16 people that the media virtually ignored. It seems the new knockout game is often lethal. Lock and load.

Just last week, a beloved special needs teacher and her high school junior daughter from Charlettesville Virginia were beaten before they were burned in a house fire. Police arrested a black man named Gene Everett Washington and charged him with two counts of first-degree murder. I wonder why MSNBC is not covering this??

Colorado Springs Firefighters found Kit’s body burning on a trail after a nearby resident called to report the fire. Officers arrested a black 21-year-old, Marcus Smith and charged him with 1st degree murder. Kit was a deacon at her church and loved by the community.

In Houston, Mona Nelson, a black 44 year old woman abducted and killed 12 year old Jonathan with a blow torch on Christmas Eve, later dumping his body in a ditch. About an hour after he wouldn’t answer I got really really nervous and upset,” Betty Sanders said. Jimmy was 65 and also from Mississippi, where Jessica Chambers was just burned.

Being set alight and burned alive seems such a terrible way to die.

While horrific looking, in my experience a person who is getting severely burned goes into shock almost immediately and does not really understand what is happening. The brain goes into safe mode.

Many moons ago I recieved 1st and 2nd degree burns over more than half of my body (scalding water/steam), it really did not hurt until later than day.

I have also been first on the scene to aid 2 burn victims and they did not realize how badly they were burned.
"I'm OK, let me up" was typical.

One guy kept trying to get up and walk away so we had to strap him to the gurney. He passed after a couple days.

Other's experiences may vary.
