A Christmas special some may remember
I've always had this fleeting memory of a Christmas special that I saw as a kid (late 60s)....it featured a black (ghetto) kid and a stray cat. I only saw it once and figured it was lost forever.

The mom is Janet Dubois, she played the neighbor on Good Times and also did the vocals on The Jeffersons theme song, Movin on Up, among other things.
The kid looks like a young Denzel, looked him up. Pretty good resume. Kevin Hooks - IMDb

I have crossed paths with Kevin Hooks. Successful guy.
I signed his pay check, 21 Jump Street. 1987. There was some young punk named Johnny Depp on set, as well. : ) |
