Based on the RX info you provided, the monovision RX should be as follows:

OD: +0.25 / -2.25 X 10 (non-dominant eye)
OS: -1.50 / -1.75 X 170 (dominant eye)

I don't know because she did not give me a script while under the trial period then gave me the single vision script when I did not like the mono.

There is actually a third option for you but these lenses are $$$!...and a bit of a challenge to fit....and not always a resounding success.

Proclear Multifocal Toric lenses..maybe ask her about those...do they fit them at her clinic?
