Gotta admit I turn my nose up at these things too. Motorcycles have two wheels. Period.

That's a 3 wheeled car. Not even close to a motorcycle.

I would like to take one for a "drive" before I decided I did not like it.
They are a viable option for motorcycle lovers with mobility issues, IMHO. |

Certainly agree it is not a MC. This ruling impacts potential owners in regards to:
1) Use of HOV lanes 2) Insurance rates 3) Parking regulations 4) Toll rates and Ferry fares 5) Helmet requirements

For a state with no helmet regulation, you think they wouldn't sweat a 3 wheeler. A three wheeled vehicle may even weigh less than some motorcycles. Since CT will still allow them and have higher fee's, comparable to that of a car. It's a way for the state to make more money, probably.

That's too bad for Polaris. For a lot of the reasons LakeCleElum listed above. And somewhat ironic, as all those Morgans and other British 3-wheelers were concocted as a way to be categorized as a motorbike to avoid higher taxation (or was it registration?) on automobiles.
