Help with Identity Theft

I believe Harry Mcphearson (auto blaze) is screwing with me. He is using my name and trying to sell invisible parts. I was notified by a guy in Australia who was contacted by Mark Minkoff in Great Britain clearing out his garage full of Porsche parts.

Can the top brass at Pelican ban this scum bag.
