Going to Barrett Jackson?

I'll be down there Thur to Sat and was wondering if there was any swap meet type events during the week. Thinking of bringing an unrestored 72 dated Fuchs wheel set...

Up for meeting some p-car guys if any are going.

I do not disbelieve in anything. I start from the premise that everything is true until proved false. Everything is possible.

I went last year. It was awesome. What you don't see on TV is the fanfare outside the auction. Miles of food and car memorabilia vendors, live bands, bars, etc. Great time! Sadly can't make it this year. Have fun!

I was there on Sunday, but didn't get to look around much due to having the kiddos in tow. I'm going back tomorrow to talk with some of the vendors(work related) and have another look around. I'm not aware of any swap meets this week in the area, but the car traffic in Phoenix is nuts right now. Toss them on Craigslist, use your hotel as the location and I bet you can get rid of them.

Lots of cars and parts get posted on Craigslist during Barrett Jackson. I sold one of my 911s that way. Guy flew here from Chicago to buy a Porsche. Auction cars were too high. He was happy to have mine.

Yup. I was looking for my bug during that time last year. I saw a spike in listings and price during those two weeks. Not a ton of euro iron there, kinda sad. I lost count of mustangs, bel airs, and camaros...
