Does anyone know how to look up email address & owner without having to pay?

There is no 411 or "phone book" for email addresses. Consider them unlisted.

Now depending on the specific email address there are ways one might find the information you are looking for but it takes a lot of digging.

If we are talking a gmail or yahoo type address it's more difficult since a lot tend to be throw away addresses.

People are creatures of habit.

Try goggling the email address and see what comes up.

If you are trying to track down a spammer just forget it.
