None of you guys recognize Otto Mathe, or the Fetzenflieger? Your 1955 champion is doing that with one arm. Also a Gmund coupe in the mix, most likely Mathe's as well.

Skijoring is the technical term I believe. Done a few times myself, but behind an old LR SIIA 88, so no great risk to life and limb from speed.
