Went to 400+ shows starting summer of '67 in the Haight. Great memories, but zero interest in seeing them now.

You could always walk thru the lot with a miracle finger in the air...

Don't forget to bring hot dogs and cassettes of your favorite bootlegs.

Oh well, I'll have to see what the secondary market looks like.

Curious.
How many tickets did you request ?
Haven't heard anything yet..might be good news ?

trader220 02-03-2015 09:29 AM

I sked for 4 tickets to all three shows or "any"

Good luck.. hope you get em!

I'm hoping…Haven't got anything yet.
I'm betting they stream the shows for pay…
This is very weird, but entertaining.

Website says that they got so many mail in requests they are pushing online sales back 2 weeks.

I have not gotten my return stamped envelope yet back either, but have been gone since yesterday. I asked for 3 to each show.

It's amazing the response that these "wheelchair tour" bands get. A commentary on today's "music" choices maybe? People seem to gravitate towards the music of yesterday perhaps in part because the music of today is so empty by comparison... Just a thought. Never was really into the Dead. I do remember the day Jerry Garcia died though - funny how things like that stick in one's mind.

Enjoy the show to all who go!

Dead is dead

No GD without Mr. G.

Sat out on a warm August night in '95, smoked a bit, looked up at the stars and thought about all the shows, all the friends, all the times. Then it was all gone.

Farewell show?

Farewell.
