Need Help with an Outlook Signature

Any experts here with Outlook for Mac? I am trying to build my signature with a logo and some hot links, but I can't make outlook retain the formatting when I copy it in. Anyone got any tips?

do it in word first with logo and hot links - then copy and paste into the outlook signature

Be aware too though - that some POP email server accounts can disable mail processing with hotlinks

Open an email and set up your signature exactly as you want it. Copy it and then open "edit signatures" and paste it in the block.

I did this and when I copy it in, the formatting goes all haywire and it doesn't show up right

Don't do it in word. Do it on an actual email
