Exactly. I buy the car that I find that I like. I haven't ever had color as a consideration when looking at cars. Honestly, I would probably not even consider a pink car or a car with a really gaudy custom paint job if i really disliked it, but for any regular car color, whether bright or dull, I've never really cared. I've owned cars of many colors and test drove lots more. As long as the paint is in good shape and the rest of the car is great, I don't think I'd much car. If I had found a fantastic car in red or yellow or orange, I would have happily bought it. I love my silver boxster, but I would have loved it in black, blue, white, red, yellow, green, orange or ever brown. Pink, pink may have been the only color that I just couldn't stomach.

I find it really annoying that some of the best drivers' cars ever have been labeled 'chick' cars. Boxster, S2000, Miata, are the first that come to mind. You can't tell me that those aren't 'real' sports cars that deliver everything in terms of feel and feedback that we all wax poetic about.
As to the Speed Yellow, looks awesome, so much cooler than all the silver/grey/black examples you see out there. Good luck with the decision:cool:

Well, I've owned a couple of miatas and now own a boxster, so clearly, I could give a rats ass. I had no idea the S2000 was a "chick car". They seem pretty masculine to me, and pretty much everyone I've ever seen was driven by a guy. This is the first that I've ever heard it.
