We don't have snow (or even rain anymore) so I don't know if there is some kind of snow removal etiquette but looking at the video, I'm with Gary. If I had just shoveled my sidewalk and someone came and blew snow over it, I would be pissed too (but probably with 50% less F-bombs thrown).

The snow situation can be damn frustrating. Our town requires that residents clear sidewalks, and often we no sooner get them clear than the street crew comes along and plows snow off the street onto our sidewalks. It creates a lot of Garys.

Guy holding the camera is a jerk. In my neighborhood the rule is to keep your snow on your own property or in the street. You dont blow snow in your neighbors property. You can tell the guy taking the video has no boundaries as he states on camera that he put cardboard in gary's can. That would piss me off too.
