Who Has a My Pillow?

Just slept on one recently...quite nice...never thought I'd ever buy a pillow.
I must have 6 or 7 of the regular ones sitting around already.
.
2 for 1 sale... $110 for two queen sized...on their way.

I can sleep on a rolled up jacket. :)

I generally only like a foam pillow. I don't like feather pillows, and I rarly like the other sorts of fillers. If I was tired, like after hiking all day or something, I think I could pass out on a rock. I think when i was in the boyscouts I used an air mattress that had a built in pillow.

You boys are real men...I'm just a poosy.

I can too when camping, but it's not too comfy and with my back and neck problems I need a decent pillow. Of course, I'm also a cheap bastard. So my idea of a good pillow is splurging every few years and buying a new set at SAMs.

As a child I was allergic to everything on the planet...had to sleep on a foam pillow.
Believe it or not...I still use it...it's about 57 yrs. old now and as thick as a graham cracker.
Time for a new one, don't you think? ;)

dsan 02-09-2015 10:42 AM

Love mine, I've had it for almost a year.

hahahha...i think it's time to splurge.

i use down pillows. my wife hates them which is good, since i tend to "sleep bogart" the pillows. they can all be near my wife, but when i wake up, i have them all. i hope i just dont yank them from under her sleeping head :)

I really like the King sized pillows that are 3' long. When I end up sleeping on my stomache, I put it under my whole torso and prevents a sore neck.

I tried mine the past two nights.
I just read a few pages of the 1 star reviews and I concur.
I'll be sending back the two that I ordered.
Back to my good old graham cracker pillow, I guess.
Oh, half way through both nights with both of My Pillows, I reached for my graham cracker and promptly fell asleep.
Happy that I didn't toss it out.

Don go to sams club or Costco. They have several choices of pillows that aren't too pricey. You spend about 1/3 of your time in bed, shouldn't you be comfy?

Don Ro 02-13-2015 07:12 PM

;)

An Amazon review:
.
"They told me that the exchange time had expired. That plus $30.00 in return mailing cost is what I am left with. The pillow now lines my dogs bed, He doesn't like it either."
.
:D

Good pillows seem expensive until you figure out the "cost per hour" pretty cheap if you end up with a good nights sleep out of it.
When we bought our new bed the saleslady suggested new pillows (good up-sell lady) but what sealed the deal was she handed us each a disposable pillow case and we started trying out all the different options...Both my pillows are "soft" and the G/F are "firm". Plus one on upgrading to the King sized pillows as we, now there are just four pillows on the bed as opposed to the 7-8 there used to be.
Don't think I would be comfortable buying pillows on line without being able to try them out.

I used to be the kind to use a text book, rolled up jacket or a rock as a pillow but when I broke my neck things changed. I have a sleep number bed but my pillow(s) are one of those very hard dense memory foam pillows and a feather pillow which is really nothing more than a drool catching teddy bear, but it adds just the right amount of softness to the sand bag thing they call a memory foam pillow. I'll tell you what if I ever get invited to a pillow fight I am bringing this bastard, It'll look like Chuck Norris went to town when I finish. :D

Don Ro 02-14-2015 10:01 AM

Called them to get an RMA #.
I asked them if they use a machine to get the pillows into those tiny bags for shipping.
.
"Yes."
.
So, an empty Folger's coffee container with bottom cut out, and...
