That was creepy. Both incidents.
He looks different. Weird.

Gotta' love that rug. He seems out there, but then I remember, he lost a kid. So I can't even imagine......

It looked like John Revolta was on some kind of medication.

After the 'male masseur' revelation, he wanted to fly the hetero flag. But he flew the perv flag instead. Scarlett was not amused/aroused.

On a completely separate note I had no idea H.R. Geiger had died.

Travolta played a couple of cray-cray folks in the past -- Face/Off, Pulp Fiction, Swordfish, and Broken Arrow, to name a few. Couple that with his association with L.R. Hubbard's organization.
Seems with him, the lines between Hollywood and reality have been blurred...

Yeah, I wonder about several of the big ones. Travolta does crazy too well, same for Brad Pitt. I figure Tom Cruise is crazy, and there's probably a long list of other major movie stars that would be on the same list.

With Scarlett's boy-ish haircut, John Travolta probably thought it was something he could relate to.

Didn't watch the Oscars......but this is what all the commotion is about? Meh....

The whole Hollywood/movie star scene would make most people nuts. I don't watch these shows where such people pat themselves on the back. But I saw some clips in the news. Reminds me why I don't watch said shows. Another stir in the pot of silliness.

we excuse all manner of criminal behavior for far lesser trauma than losing one's own child. I think we can cut a guy who lives in what has to be a surreal world and has lost a child some slack.

face off was, imo, b movie crap but he pulled more than his own weight in pulp fiction.

Face Off was the last Travolta movie I saw and Pulp Fiction and Grease were the ones before that. I'm proud that I only recognize a few names brought up around the Oscars and none of the faces other than Travolta's. If I didn't go to the grocery store so often and be subject to the tabloids while waiting on line, I'd probably not know any of those celebrities' names either.

LOL, that's what I was thinking, I didn't think straight guys watched that stuff.

He's a professional actor and has always known how to work an audience.

The stunts are about getting in the press and it worked.

To be completely honest I've always envied them. The A list stars get paid millions of dollars for what they do.
If I had a million dollars cash in the bank I could retire in comfort now.

Regardless of money somehow a big percentage of these actors seem to stuff up their lives.
I guess that speaks volumes about the people who can actually do this for a living.

For most of them acting is it. If they can't do that then their life doesn't have a lot of meaning.
