Is it fate?

Six months or so ago after Turok left us we adopted a young boy named Loki.

Today my buddy John down the street sends me a note. He is "babysitting" his daughters BF's 5 month old cat. Apparently the BF's mother does not want to let him keep it and is thinking of giving her away on Craigslist. John does not like that idea and wanted to know if I would take her.

He sent me a picture. She's cute. So I asked what her name is.

It's Hela, if you are familiar with your Norse (or Marvel Universe) mythology you'll get it.

Nope, it is a cat.

We have not adopted her yet.

Jury is still out on whether the kid will be allowed to keep her.

We were at 4 cats and have been trying to let the herd thin out.

We got down to two but the Queen ***** Peaches would not interact with Gandalf and he was lonely so we added Loki to get back to three.

Three is a good number and after Peaches's run is done we were going to stick with just males.

They get along better in groups.

So we'll see.

Awesome - what a cool coincidence!

We started out at 4 as well and are now down to 2.

All black short haired. They are my outside companions.

Good luck and thanks for sharing!

Four cats is too many for me. One is perfect. Two tolerable :)
