The new VW Golf for my wife
Yes, she ended up with the Golf Diesel, I was a little worried but when I filled up my car today I saw Diesel was twenty cents a gallon less than regular. This might work out, she has been getting fifty miles a gallon on the road. Hitting thirty five to forty in town. I like it.

Congrats. I had to do a double take at a diesel station recently - $2.19 for Reg and $3.50 for Diesel. The next station had it at $2.99 (still a big gap in price, but not over $1).

Off the line it feels as quick as her gas 2010 was. This year the rate the HP at 150.
But the regular where I filled up was 3.39 and diesel was 3.15, down the road I passed a Shell where regular was 3.59. My mistake, I was a dollar off, Last edited by BeyGon; 03-01-2015 at 04:36 PM.. |

It would be nice to see diesel prices like that here on the east coast but since we still use heating fuel here............
