Very sad story........
![]() Tyfine Hamilton, 15, is wanted by police in connection with the death of 51-year-old James Patrick Stuhlman ![]() Two high school freshmen were arrested in connection with the killing of a man walking his dog last week in Philadelphia’s Overbrook section. A third teen, who police say actually pulled the trigger, is still on the loose. Both teens were known to officers from previous crimes. "At one point he did plead for his life," said Clark. "He said, 'please don't shoot me, please don't shoot me,' and they still shot him one time." "The dog was lying next to him -- appeared to be scared and in shock," Walker said. "In his other hand he had a flashlight." Stuhlman owned Hilltop Distributors -- a Delaware County landscaping company -- with his brother Mike. He left behind his daughter, wife Theresa and six siblings. He was laid to rest Wednesday morning. Punks! ![]()

Why weren't the police there to save him? He asked.

What do you want to bet there was no father in the home of each of the three animals that have now left a young girl without one?

Hate crime, clearly.
But the Black Panthers are free to do whatever they want to keep people from voting in Killadelphia, so it is all just fine.

Awful, dreadful tragedy.
Crimes like this have no logic or sense about them. Just a terrible waste.

I visited Philly a couple times. I lived. My car got towed. It cost me $600. I won't be going back there again. No more Baltimore, either. Both places have gone to the animals.

Not much to see there. I really wouldn't recommend it. If you want American history, visit Boston and do the freedom walk.

The denser the population the higher the crime rate. Stay out of large cities period.

Philly is the next Detroit.
You can almost be certain the kid does not have two parent to go home to, fortunate is there is anyone at home. You can only blame the likes of Sharpton, Holder and Oblamo for this kind of entitled behavior, their behavior just encourages this because they don't want any accountability. "Police say that the teens were playing basketball when they decided to rob someone. Initially, they targeted a different man walking his dog until they saw Stuhlman who was older and whose dog looked "weak." I was born in Filthadelphia back in the mid sixties and managed my escape in the late seventies, I left nothing behind, and have returned only four times since then. I will wager there will not be a fifth.
It is very sad to see what our once great cities have become, we are all going down the tubes, and it is the scum like this that will drag the rest of us with them. Where it may be true there is an over abundance of single family homes today I am also a product of that environment, my parents were divorced when I was five, and I was awarded to my mother, along with my sister. That is just how it was done in that time. It is no excuse for this behavior and nothing more than something for the excuse makers to drive a nail into and hang a hat on. These "people" are a product of the environment and nothing more. No one is ever to blame, no one is ever at fault, and no one will ever be accountable for their actions, it's all the fault of (insert any excuse but self responsibility)

I think a big part of the problem is that there is no deterrent. If these kids saw people hung in public for serious crimes like murder and rape it would have to have some effect. Instead we have just the opposite. Murderers getting a slap on the wrist. Let the druggies go free and hang the evil bastards. Maybe we choose Philadelphia as a first experiment.

Wasn't there just a thread about some kids who got bored playing basketball, so they killed somebody ? I wonder what the good reverand Jesse Jackson has to say about black on white hate crimes ?

Black on white crime is legitimized in their eyes. They say nothing, they don't even admit it is racially motivated.
These kids think they will get away with this behavior. Hope he is tried as an adult and gets the death penalty! But he's only a child......... |

We are in Philadelphia & NYC at least once a month. Sometimes, more often. I was born and raised in Philadelphia. I agree that it has gone downhill. When we are there, we are always alert and aware of our surroundings. Car doors are always locked and oftentimes I am uncomfortable. As in any city, there are certain areas we just do not go to. The neighborhood where I grew up being one of them. However, when we head into NYC, we are a bit more at ease but always vigilant. We always take public transportation, including the subway. There are very few areas in the five boroughs where I am uncomfortable and actively avoid. |
