My dad brought this old girl new in 1973 - Honda CB125.

He's finally decided its time to hang up his helmet for the last time (last ride this morning), and I'm taking her home in the morning to restore.

I bought an XL250 brand new in 73. First new anything I ever bought.......still have it and still ride it.

The old man has let the weather get to her the last couple of years. It's gunna take a while to do, but I'm looking forward to it (labour of love).

Yes indeed. A Honda 125 was quite the bike back in the early '70s. Cool that it's stayed in the family.

LOL. It was that hair cut or another we called the German Army Helmet.

Took me a minute to figure out that that was the street legal version of the Elsinore.

Longer wheelbase, lights, etc.... I had almost forgotten they made those!

Yup, I think Jeff's dad's one with the four stroke engine was the better of the two.
