The way I saw it the wheel didn't come off. I think the tire came off the wheel. I think he blew out the beads on the tire when he went over the curb, and then when he got back on the gas hard the tire worked it's way off. That's also why he lost it the second time, because he only had one good rear tire.

Curious as well. Do you think it had a loose wheel to begin with, and the driver was brain dead clueless, while stabbing the pedal couldn't relate became uncontrollable?

It's a province in Canada. Up near Nova Scotia. It's called Prince Edward Island. I
