Porsche prototype Macan vin
 

Late last year, I stumbled upon a test mule macan. I stopped at a shopping center to grab bite to eat and a brand new cayenne and the test mule Macan were parked next to each other. I took some pictures of the cars and didn't think much about them. I was looking through my pictures today and I saw that I took a picture of the vin number from the macan. I went to scousers vin decoder and typed the macan's vin number. The info that came back was very odd. The vin belongs to a 2004 911. I searched the vin on Google and it belongs to a silver 911 that was being sold a couple of cities over from me in Montclair. Does anyone know if manufacturers so this often?
