It's still Easter Eve here so I'm just at home building a fence today. The Big J's day is still 15 hours away... no clue what the wife has planned.

Roast beef with mashed potatoes and drip gravy, along with dinner rolls, veggie tray, corn casserole, and a mandarin orange/pineapple pound cake with whipped cream.

Throw in some good wine and a few beers, and we got ourselves a meal......food coma to follow !
