As a nearly 30 year sales veteran, I can tell you that there are no "good", "entry level" sales people. That's one of the reasons that the 99% give the rest of us a bad name.

As a very recent addition to the 'for hire' catergory...

Sure why not?

Mike, fairly sure I am at least somewhat knowledgeable about your product segment.

I have always thought that this kind of service would make a great "store front" where gear heads could bring oil samples to be analyzed, homeowners with concerns about their drinking water. Would take some advertising but if individuals knew of a place to have this done it might be another market segment to go after.

Instrument 41 - while it would seem like a really good business idea to market to the PCMO users, they turn into a huge time chew with customer service and the diagnosticians. The difference of spending an the same time with a 100k account or a $15 account.

At 29, I reside in the 1% with you, and have since I started out of college.

Always wondering why (previous) companies wanted me to push my way into a place, to tell someone I'm there to "help", only to regurgitate a bunch of information about something they probably didn't care about...that 10 other places sold for less.

It was a hard road but I've developed a very unique way about me that puts the DM in the driver seat and the close of the sale just seems like a formality.

Lubey, I wish I lived in Texas, I bet we'd get along...but I'm not entry level anymore

I sent it to my much younger brother, who was recently caught up in one of the many O&G reductions.

Also is half of PPOT in the houston area? When are we gonna meet up for a frolic?
