I guess this is part of the strong position these scammers are in.

P.S.: can't keep an eye up close on this thread while i'm on holiday tour and don't have WiFi available all the time.

Interesting that he says, "The car is available to be inspected anytime from 5-7 PM Mon-Fri and mostly anytime on Sat." How does that work?

This helps to ease worries that this isn't a real sale. Scammer will flake on any locals and wait for the international buyer to junp on it unseen .. It is priced low enough where people will want to jump on it but not too low where they smell it ...

Besides the snow in SoCal of course ....
