That's a nice car and reasonable money. Priced early 911s lately?

That is a very nice example. However, the barn is full at the moment. The 560SL isn't going anywhere. My wife loves it and I have frankly fallen for drop top motoring. It is an absolute pleasure to wallow around in. She was behind the wheel yesterday afternoon as we plowed some country roads...

I am also trying to figure out what to do with my Dad's 1993 RX-7. He owned it since new but we are a bit torn about what to do with it. I owe OWP some photos but I vacillate daily on whether to sell or not.

Nice 2002. Hummm...

That is a GREAT price on an Inka Tii, asssuming the chassis is not a rust bucket.

I have as much fun in my Tii clone (base car but fuel injected too) as I do in my 911T, just a different feel... The way all cool classics have shot up in price, this is someone's chance at a fun car for very fair $$$. Again assuming it checks out...

It's certainly in the right part of the country to be a dry car, now at least. If it ever lived in the rust belt, you can forget it.

Either this car is not as nice as it appears or there's reslly not money out there to buy things like this. If this was listed on my local Craigslist, and a good car, it'd be sitting in my driveway.

Glad to hear the 560 has found a happy home. I miss that car! Take her out for a wallow for me!

Or it's already sold and the seller is too dumb to take it down!

There was a super nice ghia for sale here for like 6k and the seller couldn't figure out why people were still calling a month after it sold. Take your ad down dumbass!

My wife has had zero interest in any of the string of cars I have bought for my own ends over the 25 years of our union, not one.

Until the 560. The kids are smitten as well. A friend of mines son has been staying with us for the past week and he has driven it every day.

My only complaint is the GD turn signal indicator!!!

That's because you're in Illinois. There has never been a dry, rust-free Tii in your local CL, ever.

That is true and why when I buy used cars, I target ones from out of state. My father taught us early on mechanical issues are nothing compared to rust.

I've actually been half assed looking for a nicer 02 than I have. I bought the one I have just to see how I'd like it. I find it very fun to drive and can see getting serious about hot rodding one. I think taking a trip out west will be the only way I find a nice one.

Dean, believe me, they're hard to find out here. Impossible in the Midwest, unless someone bought it in some dry place and brought it there. I'm from MN., they all landed in the junkyard there back in the '70s.
