American Craft Beer Fest
Anyone ever gone to a Beer Fest?
I'm imagine there will be thimbles to taste of beer after beer. Even with tiny capfulls, I think I'd be drunk in 20 minutes. Worth going? Will Uber to there and home. American Craft Beer Fest | BeerAdvocate

Here we have the Great American Beer Fest; the size of the thing is pretty staggering. I've gone a few times and it's lots of fun, and I'm not even too beery.

You are supposed to taste it and spit it out, like with wine.
Either that or take a cab to and fro.

I have been to a bunch of Craft Brew festivals.... Most offer reduced entry fees for designated drivers. So you as a participant can get as hammered as you chose... or you can be civilized and just taste the beers.....Usually a lot of interesting craft type booths, and the odd solar panel salesmen interspersed.....
I went to one of the first at Killington years ago... it was nice, not to many people. The next year, the were busing people in from parking lots low on the access road... total insanity... A few weeks ago there was a Beer and Bacon Fest at Citifield, the tickets sold out in nano seconds... I'm done with all that..
