'61 T-Bird motor mounts
This little project took an inordinate amount of time and totally pissed me off! I managed to complete it with the motor in and only threw tools once... That is all. Can you guess which of the two is the old one?

Been there done that on a '62.
The 390 is a smooth engine, though.

That is what the mounts in my 92 5.0 mustang looked like..... They weren't tool throwing bad though.

Four of six bolts went fine... The last two were the sticky part. Lousy access, the starter is in the way on the passenger side along with the exhaust. Couldn't get a wrench on it squarely enough to break the torque (i think they were original.). I had success by freezing and then hitting them with a torch. Was enough to shock them into submission.
