I can agree with this. I will also have a flexed schedule with 9 hour days, so I have every other Friday off, and my Friday on I will likely work from home. So far in talking details, the place seems really easy to work for. I am finishing up my work this month, taking the last week of June off, and starting July 1. I am really excited!

I think the transportation gig sounds more interesting, so I am glad you went in that direction.

If I was going to make one recommendation, try to incorporate more round-abouts in your transportation planning. They are SO MUCH better than stop lights. Mythbusters also did a show on this. And don't underestimate the jug handle...
