they have been tiger shark attacks...pretty aggressive by nature. I am told by my buddy with a house there, the attacks were in shallowish water.

the southport, oak island area is a really lovely spot. I hope you have a great vacation!!

It's strange that sharks don't see us as "ready meals". A bit fatty, but tastes just like pork, not great eating but easy...

The number of people around the world killed by sharks, I always say we should be looking upwards for aeroplanes falling on us.
