Bought something from someone here. Paypaled and this was the next screen. Ever see anything like this?

The recipient has a lifetime limit to send, spend or withdraw. Upon reaching this limit, the recipient must take certain actions to lift the limit.
Need to cancel?

About disputes

Need to see the entire message, with headers. I know PP used to have receiving annd spending limits until you signed over your bank and CC info, but I don't know what the current policy is.

i think you should paypal me $100..no, better make it $250 and see if you get the same message again. you cant be too careful :)

i have never gotten that message.
