I thought it was great. It distilled everything from the 80s down to it's essence.

I like independent films. At 15, my daughter doesn't want me following her and her friends around Phoenix Comicon, but I'm not quite ready to drop her off at a convention center packed with 50K people and just go home. I spent a good part of Comicon this year in the independent film room watching bizarre movies like this one. It would fit right in.

This one was well done. My grin/smirk muscles were sore by the end. That's a good sign.

The action scenes reminded me of Kung Fu Hustle. :D
