Any RegExp experts here?
PP Braintrust is usually pretty reliable, so here goes.
I'm looking for someone that can help me with some text parsing using regexp in vba. I'm running a script in Outlook for certain incoming automated emails that strips out text snippets as records and uploads them to a database. Anybody know this stuff well? SmileWavy |
In one of my introduction to computers classes I teach we link an Access table to Outlook and let Microsoft handle all the data movement from special email senders. Something like this: Link Microsoft Access Databases to Microsoft Outlook Inbox, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks
We look at regular expressions and programming with them but when software versions get updated many times you have to redo the code, etc, etc, test, etc! |
awk, sed, grep :--)
