If I were a CEO I imagine this is what I would do if in a similar situation. Also I think I would adopt the Ben and Jerry's pay scale differential where the lowest paid employee makes no less than a certain percent of the highest paid.

-stole the concept of the mouse and GUI from PARC,
-fired the original inventor of the Macintosh,
-took credit for the iMac,
-parked in handicap spaces,
-screwed his partner Woz out of cash,

Very cool. It's a amazing how many "leaders" forget that their rise to the top was largely based on the success of their team, not personal accomplishment. If you take care of your people, they will take care of you.
