LA Pelicans - got a spare cannon?

Invoking the power of the LA Pelican area braintrust - looking to borrow a cannon for a few weeks. Time frame is likely September. I don't need it to actually fire or launch projectiles. Looking for a smaller cannon (in the "Come and Take it" size) as opposed to the Revolutionary or Civil War size. I'm looking for something roughly reminiscent to pirates and something one might have seen on a pirate ship. I do NOT need modern artillery, so no WWI or WWII firepower. LA is a big place with lots of showbiz/prop expertise. Can anyone spare a cannon?

Thanks much!

You could make one easy enough.

Thick Cardboard tube from a carpet place, something to mount it in and some grey/black paint.

Use PVC pipe. My dad made me one with the cardboard tube. First time it rained it was non -functional.

Hmmm.... I can make a prop if I have to, but was looking for something with more authenticity than what I'd come up with by assembling PVC and cardboard. Anybody else?

Did a bit of searching, and the only prop house that seemed to have a big weapons inventory was HPR. Its a start....

Thanks much for the HRP reference. That was helpful. I also found this which may end up being the right answer - amazing that such a business exists.

pirate theme props for rent for a pirate party or event
