This thread is for any cool garage pics and ideas you'd like to share. I'm in the process of mancaving my garage so I'd love to explore all ideas.

For fellow Pelicans like Jack Olsen this may be been there and done it, but please share your ideas, questions, pics, likes, dislikes, etc.

I would expect this to turn into a random garage pic thread, that's cool. I don't think we have one yet.

My main garage is only 1,540 sq ft.......I was gonna post pic's on previous garage threads here. Was soon humbled by others that out-classed me by a long shot........

I actually don't find large garages appealing. I left a four car 12' height garage back in the midwest. There was too much space. I didn't feel at home in that space. 480 sq foot is a little tight, but I wouldn't want much more.

Post it. Only one of the pictures above look like a real work space. I have no time for overdone parking spots. I have a lot of time for practical work areas.

While that is a significant resource, 95% of that site is something between wall studs on one extreme and a kitchy Cracker Barrel restaurant at the other extreme.

And lighting, it's like a complete afterthought.

There's a great invention called a shed. I think it should hold what most people throw in their garages.

I want a man-cave-garage, a place where I actually want to spend time and get away from my wife.

Garage and showroom, not the same thing. Don't get me wrong, some beautiful pictures posted, but it's not a garage without stains.

I'm dealing with carb and intake leak issues currently...

Here is my garage. Kinda cramped. 912 engine/trans on bench, test stand for Porsche engines and a Land Rover frame I'm building for my 88

I kinda feel better about my garage now. ^^

There's also a disease called hoarding. The sheds are full!:D

Here's what I'd like, a space where I want to be. I don't want to see anything that doesn't need to be there. This is an extension of the house with all the creature comforts shared with marvelous automobiles.
