Anyone know a good Mercedes salvage yard??

I am looking for a small trim piece for a 2011 Mercedes GLK 350. Our host doesn't carry it. The dealer only sells the whole dash.

Small round HVAC vent on top of the dash next to the drivers side A pillar.


Any help is greatly appreciated.

My last Jeep Wrangler had an issue with the ignition key mechanism. I was told I had to replace THE ENTIRE STEERING COLUMN!!!!
Fixed it.
Sold Jeep.
Will never buy a Chrysler product again!

I went there with my brother to get parts for his Merc back in the 90's. Still have the coffee mug they gave away at home. They had a good selection back then. Looks like they are connected to LKQ now. Have found quite a few nla parts on LKQ in the last few years.

I actually need the vent piece that the trim ring sits on top of. The circular piece that drops into the hole in the dash board.

Try searching on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market. I have found a lot of great used parts on that site.

I tried them and they don't have it. They also said they only sell the entire dash and typically would not pull that part individually.

Many of the big salvage yards use that system. The problem is there is no part number so you cant run a search. That leads you to no help on any of the sites that direct to that one.

My brother and my cousin both got parts for MB cars from this place, not far from here. I am afraid if you are going to get the part you describe and not an entire dash, you would have to pull the part at the yard.
