Bugs and Sepia

Read any VW Bug mags or go to one of their shows, and you will see that their favourite colour tended to be Porsche Sepia Brown - same as my ī72 911S. They are very artistic people and I aplaud them (but I donīt approve that they take our Fuchs wheels - they should stick only to BRMīs).

Incidentally, 911 owners tend to hate Sepia Brown - isnīt that odd? Wherever I drive, I get drool looks and thumbs up....so why 911 owners donīt like the colour?

Iīd be first to admit that Sepia wouldnīt look right in a grey country like England, but would look perfect in sunny Spain, Brazil or Cosa Mesa....

Just think of the fun you can have. You can refer to your car as "Brown", just like the UPS commercials.

Being non-galvanized, "Brown" will hide any rust for you to.

"people love the truck"

There's nothing wrong with "Brown"

BROWN.....Yech

I also hate the UPS..... They have become PC by requiring that handguns be shipped 2nd day Air......which is about $40. Fed EX will ship Ground for about $8.

My Gawd it seems that I'm just full of hate....Hmmm I wonder if there is anything that I really like?

Tweed Material

Try contacting Schmidt on the Early Registry Board. He made some up for his restoration.
