Apple Service
Follow up to the laptop score thread.
Finally got around to getting the repair done. Had an online chat with Apple support Wednesday afternoon. Box to ship unit to service center showed up 10 am Thursday with a priority next day return shipping label. I send it out Thursday afternoon. Got an email this morning it was received. Just checked on status. Should have started the process Tuesday. I'd have it back by tomorrow rather than Monday. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1441426921.jpg |
