The "Norton Shopping Guarantee" is bogus

I bought an item online from a site (Nature Hills Nursery) that has the "Norton Shopping Guarantee". Never heard of it? Neither had I. It was a $50 item so no big deal, but what they shipped was no way near what was represented on the site. I filed a claim with NSG. They ran me around in circles with paperwork only to eventually deny the claim. I would not have filed a claim if it were not blatantly misrepresented. I go on to find out that Nature Hills has A LOT of unhappy customers. And now YOU KNOW that the Norton Shopping Guarantee is worthless.
