My trip to Exotics Racing Las Vegas - Video included!

I spent yesterday at Exotics Racing in Vegas. Tons of fun. I drove four cars...Audi R8, Corvette C7 Z06, Lamborghini Hurrican LP610, and Ferrari 458 Italia.

The Audi was a good warm up car to get to know the track, the Corvette was awesome until I overheated it and it went into limp mode, the Lambo was like a more powerful version of the R8 with better shifting, and the 458 was just perfect.

Here's my video in the 458. I'm not a very good driver but it sure was fun. I did manage to put up a 55 second lap time. The track record is in the 52's, or so I was told. On the last lap it looks like I was on par for the 53's or 54's but pulled off just short of the end, bummer.

If you have never gone I highly recommend it, very well run operation.

Super cool. I did something a bit different, but through a company that did something very similar. I have thought about and considered doing this sort of thing too, but wasn't sure what the experience was. Looks pretty fun.

This is what I did (actually, it was so fun I did it twice). This isn't me, but it's the same track, driver and car on almost the same date.

Fast forward to 4 mins.

I drove 4 cars, 5-7 laps each, plus driver training and ride along lap was about $1200.
