Way overdue for an update, I just spent almost six months living the metaphorical slippery slope. I noticed a broken plastic check valve under the intake, then noticed that the vacuum line attached was also hard and brittle. So the effort to replace the vacuum lines with silicone and the check valves with upgraded Viton valves ended up with me tearing off the entire top side of the engine and replacing every vacuum line, coolant hose, check valve, fuel line, fuel pressure damper, fuel pressure regulator, belts, new coolant, intake solenoid, having the injectors cleaned, replacing every sensor, a leaky power steering hose, an abundance of gaskets, testing every component, and hours of cleaning. But last night I fired up the car to zero issues, and all was forgotten. Damn this thing is good.

It's pure evil. Hence why I replaced EVERYTHING while I was in there. Not a project that I want to repeat any time soon.

Looks like the designers screen saver kicked on during the layout phase!
