Forbes Welcome

I'm surprised the East Village Tiger Club is not on that list.

Ah, OK. Here is a better link.

http://www.worlds50bestbars.com/

Frankly, I feel better about not having been to any of them now.

craigster59 10-09-2015 02:13 PM

I like my bars a little on the "divey/ trashy" side.

LEAKYSEALS951 10-09-2015 02:27 PM

You haven't been to ****Mi Rancho in Waynseboro Virginia- therefore, your argument is invalid.

***Lousy food wrapped in aluminium foil like most cheesy mexican joints. Muy Muy Strong margaritas if you hit it at the right time of day.

LEAKYSEALS951 10-09-2015 02:29 PM

but since you are whippin' out big town eateries- I liked this little place:

Union Oyster House, Boston, MA :: Seafood and History at America's Oldest Restaurant

Just one. Tommy's in SF. (If they actually mean Tommy's Joynt on Van Ness.)

vash 10-09-2015 02:45 PM

i'm a wanderer.

Hey. I've been there. First swilling of a dozen oysters in my young life. All 12, down the hatch. Even chewed some of them as there were three pints downed from first to last.

Only thing close to the list was Vertigo42 in London.

Does Chilcoot Charlies in Anchorage count?

Hmm, somebody should tell the EVTC that a bunch of old Irish guys put their family name on those barrels out front. And the front sidewalk has my blood on it for some reason (long story someday). . . :)

If I ever go back to Boston I'm heading there.

John Rogers 10-09-2015 06:28 PM

Rookies........There are a few of us that have drank a San Muigel in EVERY bar on BOTH sides of the street in Olongopo City, P.I. Well maybe not all in one day!

Ayles 10-09-2015 08:45 PM

Canon. If you like whisky/bourbon this place is not to be missed.

porsche4life 10-09-2015 09:43 PM

URY914 10-10-2015 02:36 AM
