Dodged a huge bullet from Fraud on GB auction

Bought a SWS on GB. The pricing was fair for what it was. Not a steal, nor overpriced. Good pictures, but something seemed off "his name was Steve Miller!". Requested more photos of item. Everything looked authentic "my only concern at the time". However, after sending out the USPS money orders, a google search resulted in the same pictures from multiple ads from armslist from a bunch of different states ranging all over the country.
I knew I was boned.
I submitted an online intercept form through the usps website last night "which stated not guaranteed to intercept items". I called one of the clerks from the station I work at for advice. He said call the station directly and tell them to look out for it. It worked. They set it aside, and it's in process to being returned. I'm not sure if i'm one lucky SOB.
