Paging Von or ??--Unimog content
Not much to go on here but it's a hardtop and diesel. Wish I were closer.

If it's a solid truck I don't think that's a bad price, but I've had romantic dinners with more light than that picture.

I sold my fully loaded 406 for about half that. These are sort of cool and will do practically anything but they are so unpractical that they can't do anything.

Would have to see more than the one bad photo to make a true assessment, but if no rust and has some options, the price is in line. Problem with that year is it has the early "F" style axles and transmission. Would be better if a few years newer and had all the "G" stuff in it. Just yesterday I sold a 77' CASE 406 for $18,795 with 2100 hours and only 2800 miles on it. Needs some work, but a nice truck overall.

Does this help a little?

The Bel Metric guys have one, saw it a few weeks ago. Much bigger than I thought it would be. Would like to have one but too impractical at the moment.

I picked up two trucks a few weeks ago, one I sold yesterday, and my son is taking the other one. Here is my son with his new ride! His plans are to remove the CASE deck and put on a Mercedes dump box and add a turbo.
