ISIS has to be laughing their asses off. Why kill Americans and Russians when you can get the Americans and Russians to kill each other?

It all sounds so James Bond-ish but sadly it's real and there's no James Bond who's going to go in and take out the evil mastermind (Baghdadi).

Airframe got nothing to do with it, it was a missile shoot not a dogfight.

News tonight showed the Russian S-400 SAM system being moved to there base in Syria. Can take down anything that fly's, including missiles. They speculated that Mig 31's were on their way. Worlds fastest interceptor.

I dunno - I think Baghdadi (caliph, not Baghdad, the city) is the real bad guy here. Take him out and the caliphate withers. Without territory and a figurehead / caliph ISIS falls apart. Of course a new caliph might step up and probably will but unless he's immediately accepted by all those who have pledged themselves to caliph Baghdadi then it becomes a power struggle.

I would thing our top priority would be to assassinate Baghdadi. Send in Bond.

The Chinese must be terribly excited about this. They'll own Russia inside of 5 years if things continue to escalate.
