Q for the iPad experts.
Long story we have several iPads out on the floor running KioskPro that is supposed to keep them secure.
Something happened and the security settings got deactivated and some kid deleted the application we were running. I have the iPad at my desk, on a PC there is a 'recycle bin' where deleted files go (and can be reinstated). Is there something like that on an iPad? TIA! |
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window. Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install. Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. |

Paid apps from the app store never go away. I take advantage of that feature all the time. If I need some quick space I delete a few apps and stick them back later. |
Thanks for another item to use in my computer security classes. If it were me I would find out who did it, why they did it, how were they allowed access to the system level so the program could be deleted and finally what rules are in place to keep the toys secured. Do they get locked up, taken home, surf the web at lunch time or, or, or?
