My In-laws drive their 5th wheel trailer down to a campground in Marathon every year for February and March. The go to the same campground on Knights Key which is right next the 7 mile bridge. I believe they have been going for the last 15 years. My wife and I try to get down there every year to visit and absolutely love the Florida Keys. We always find a ton of things to do. Marathon is right in the middle of Keys making it a great place to stay and enjoy everything the Keys have to offer. We are planning to spend another week down there in March and can't wait to get down there again. I think that the Keys are the best part of Florida and they are my favorite choice when vacationing down south.

I lived in Key West for two years, unfortunately for me it was my first two years. But, I grew up always wanting to live someplace warm with sand water and palm trees. As a kid I always had a fascination for south seas and islands. I have tried to live that. I never thought about why that was but my wife said it was imprinted from my first two years of life being there. I don't regret it.
