Anyone here work for currently or in the past? What do you think?

I've dealt with BW for many years as a customer. They also have a systems design division in N. Cal
What are your questions ? I can probably put you in touch with others that have more direct contact than me ..

Looking to find out what its like to work for them. I have read good and bad reports.

I think it depends on the division.. I've known a number of employees there who are long timers.. But since they acquire companies all the time I think it's more a matter of what they were like before they were acquired. Are you looking at the design group down here ?

My best friend does and has since we got out of college (~15 years)

He likes it, the people are great he says. The benefit aren't that great if you ask me (no 3 weeks vacation until 10 years?!?) but overall no huge complaints. He says they have their good qualities and their bad just like anyone else.

He works for the process engineering division, mainly on bottling lines.

If you have any specific questions, i'd be happy to relay them.

thanks for the input. I have been with the current form for almost 20 years with rather good benefits so it will not be cool if that changes much.
